valentine art inspired by my sweet puppy! I learned how to hand embroider when I was a little girl from miss christine. (a patient of my mom’s in the nursing home.) it’s been forever since I’d even thought about it or tried to embroider pretty little hearts! :)

high heels!

My sweet niece, who was turning four, requested that I make her some high heel shoe cookies for her birthday. And, they HAD to be pink! So, of course, I did! She loved them! I’d do just about anything for my sweet girls!

in john deere green…

One of my very best pals asked me to make tractor cookies for sweet William’s John Deere themed 2nd Birthday Party. I, secretly, couldn’t wait to see how she “styled” his party as she is quite crafty and talented.

my contribution…. tractor cookies

and, this was my second time to make my own cookie cutter…. not too shabby!

royal icing transfers for the wheels…..

Said pal, Deidre, and me at the party….

and, I was not disappointed! the dessert table looks pretty adorable!

who needs cigars when you can have a sock monkey?

A sorority sister of mine was having a baby boy and wanted to give out cookies at the hospital to celebrate his arrival. She decided to do his monogram and sock monkeys with blue hats, of course! such a cute idea!

Welcome to the world, Noah!
